The Augsburg Village Apartments is a garden apartment complex for independent seniors. Located on a 51-acre wooded site, it is a part of a Continuing Care Retirement Community, owned and operated by Augsburg Lutheran Home. The project entailed two new residential buildings that house a total of 35 handicap-accessible units (in a variety of sizes and layouts); and a new multipurpose building that accommodates a diverse program of activities. The three structures are connected to each other and to the existing complex. Full architectural services were provided, as well as site planning and interior design (including furniture selection).
