Paradise Assisted Living Center (formerly, Colonial Manor Homes of Catonsville), is a 44-bed assisted-living facility, originally designed to incorporate an existing 7,000 SF turn-of-the-century mansion. The mansion, which was renovated to accommodate parlors, dining spaces and residential units, was destroyed by fire during construction, and was subsequently replaced with a new structure, also designed by KANN Partners. Full architectural services were provided, as well as zoning testimony. The project was funded through the HUD Section 232 program.
