Shoal Creek is on a high traffic corridor of Cambridge, Maryland. Like the Prime Outlets at Queenstown, this mall is passed by tens of thousands each day and more throughout the beach season as the mall sits on the main route to Maryland and Delaware beaches. However, Shoal Creek may be passed by on the route for other more welcoming shopping areas. For Shoal Creek Center, working with the county commission and owners, KANN Partners created an economically viable repositioning solution. We designed a simple, but classic, and welcoming make-over; adding a plethora of green and soft golds to this otherwise dark, barren, and tired site to freshen the curb appeal and create a village identity. Shoal Creek Center is currently under construction.
